FinDEVr Conference is to Take Place at Tobacco Dock for its Inaugural UK Event

FinDEVr is to take place at Tobacco Dock, for its first ever UK event. Running as part of London Tech Week, FinDEVr will take place on 12th and 13th June 2017. The series has already established itself as a popular fintech event in Silicon Valley and New York with over 800 developer attendees in 2016.

The event will showcase the latest tools, platforms and case studies from cutting-edge technology companies within the growing fintech scene; including hundreds of developers, engineers and CTOs, all of whom are forging the future of financial, banking and payments technology.

These presentations will be carried out by more than 30 disruptive fintech companies who will share their products, services and experiences via a series of 15 minute TED-style talks.

The conference will offer a powerful blend of fast-paced learning opportunities alongside high impact networking as part of a dual-track agenda. Among the organisations who are already confirmed to attend are Santander, Wandoo and Morning Star.

As Europe’s fintech capital, London is the perfect city for FinDEVr’s first international conference. We’re excited to launch the event at a one-of- a-kind, tech-focused venue, like Tobacco Dock,” said VP of FinDEVr, Heather Stowell.

Jonathan Read, Commercial Director at Tobacco Dock, stated: “We are incredibly proud to be hosting FinDEVr’s first venture over the pond. As a tech-forward venue, Tobacco Dock is excited to play a part in this pioneering fintech conference which will be full of valuable industry insights and networking opportunities”.
