Financed by a loan from Gazprombank “Messoyakhaneftegaz” Deal of the Year recognized
The deal to raise the company ‘Messoyakhaneftegaz “financing in the amount of 100 billion rubles, one of the key players that made Gazprombank became the winner in the” Deal of the Year fundraising “annual award” Treasurer of the Year “Corporate Treasurers Association. This is one of the most prestigious awards of the Russian financial community and the only one in the area of corporate treasury.
The deal was concluded in December 2017 with a syndicate composed of Gazprombank and Sberbank for 10 years. Gazprombank has allocated loan funds in the amount of 40 billion rubles.
A feature of the transaction was the structuring of the financing of “Messoyakhaneftegaz” without recourse to the PJSC “Gazprom Neft” and PJSC “NC” Rosneft “, not increase the debt burden of these companies.
Loan funds are fully selected in 2018 and to finance and refinance the costs of developing the East Messoyakhskoye oil and gas condensate field located in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District.
