Evarvest Partners with CityFALCON to Deliver the Personalised News Section within its App
Evarvest, a dynamically developing start-up, described as the Spotify of global stock trading, which will soon deliver a unique trading app providing an easy to use, transparent and low cost way to access stocks, bonds and ETFs in over 30 stocks markets around the world, has today announced a new partnership with CityFALCON. The London-based company, who specialises in providing personalised financial news and content will be powering the news function and feeds within Evarvest’s app.
The Evarvest application will be rolled out in the second half of 2019. The first launch markets it will be available to investors in are the UK, Spain, Portugal, Poland and Lithuania before expanding to other European markets as well as USA, Australia and Asia. Thanks to the partnership with CityFALCON upon its launch the app’s users will receive access to the customised built-in news feed section created on the basis of the companies they own shares in or are watching in their watchlist. Such a tailor-made solution will ensure that Evarvest’s users are always kept up to date with the latest news based on their own portfolio, not just what the biggest stories are.
Stephanie Brennan, Founder and CEO at Evarvest, comments: “The idea for Evarvest’s stock trading app was born out of the desire to change the outdated and complex financial system worldwide, part of that, is information. Investors need accurate, curated news to better track the investments in their portfolio, making wise and educated decisions based on data, news, consumer trends and the like. We didn’t want to develop another traditional trading app, similar to those already available on the market. Instead, we opted for a Spotify-style solution, with easy picking stock playlists, and customised news section. CityFALCON provides us with access to more than 1 billion stories from publications and research and the ability to view this in more than 30 languages, in preparation for our global expansion. We look forward to working with CityFALCON on our shared mission to improve investor access to information.”
Ruzbeh Bacha, Founder and CEO at CityFALCON, comments: “As passionate FinTech entrepreneurs with a mission to democratise access to financial news, we’re proud to be working with Evarvest as they not only help the next generation access the largest stock markets in the world, but with the use of their built-in news feed section and the dedicated Educational Library they also promote financial literacy supporting people in making smart investment decisions. We look forward to working with Evarvest, growing our partnership and together, providing people with customised financial and business news.”
The co-operation with CityFALCON is Evarvest’s second partnership with a UK-based company. In mid-May the start-up informed that it has established co-operation with international payments platform Currencycloud.
Evarvest has recently launched a €75,000 funding round on a leading European investment platform Seedrs.
