EstateGuru launches rebranding and new website!
Estonian fintech start-up EstateGuru is five years old and, in celebration, the company has revealed a bold new look and a redesigned website that aims to keep it at the forefront of the short-term, property backed loan market.
EstateGuru COO Mihkel Stamm explains the reasoning behind the move: “Our central goal is to provide hassle-free, flexible financing to property developers and entrepreneurs as well as diversified property backed cross-border investment opportunities to our international investor base.
“To realize this vision, we felt that we needed a new user experience and a fresh new version of our brand. We need to innovate in order to stay ahead of the competition. In addition to the rebranding, we are launching a variety of new features.”
EstateGuru’s loan marketplace has enabled 15,000 investors from across the globe to help finance almost 500 projects worth an astonishing €80 million, earning them over €4.2 million in the process.
The company operates in five European countries and is planning to add more in the near future.
Preparing for expansion
“We want our logo and our website’s functionality to reflect our company values, which are honesty, transparency, flexibility, and entrepreneurship,” says CEO and founder Marek Pärtel.
“We have seen amazing exponential growth over the last five years and, with this recalibration, we feel ready to take the next big step on the road to becoming Europe’s leading cross-border marketplace of its kind and continue building bridges between investors and entrepreneurs.”
EstateGuru allows investors to start building a portfolio from as little as €50 and has delivered historical returns of over 12% p.a. In turn, entrepreneurs are able to secure loans quickly and on flexible terms.
