Zurich Insurance aims to provide products and services that have a positive impact on their customers’ lives.

“Partnering with other players to distribute our products will be key. A good example is when you buy a plane ticket, instead of you coming to find us to get travel insurance, you just check the box and you get it done as it’s embedded.”

“Once we get the product or service introduced, the customer will liaise with us. So, we get to know the customer better and we can further introduce other products that they might need. So it is a win-win situation for the partner, for ourselves, most importantly, for the customer.”
