DJS (UK) Limited ranked 8th Best Company to work for in the south west

DJS (UK) Limited, based in the centre of Bournemouth, has been recognised as the 8th company to work for in the South West Best Companies list for 2019.
The list of 75 companies, compiled by the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For, which recognises organisations that are working hard to create engaging and exciting environments for their employees.
Employees were asked to score 70 statements about the company on a seven-point scale from ‘Strongly Disagree’ to ‘Strongly Agree’. 30 or more survey responses are required for a business to be eligible for the list.
To celebrate this success, the management team organised a series of competitions for all staff to get involved with, as well as having drinks and nibbles at the end of day party;
- Best Moment – staff were encouraged to shout about their favourite memory from working at the office, the top five were shortlisted and Joana Moldovan’s moment was voted as the best by staff at the end of day Best Companies Party where she was awarded a £100 Amazon voucher.
- Best Dressed – with no set rules everyone could turn up in black tie, fancy dress, or dress down for the day, Shauna Miller won a bottle of champagne for the best outfit on the day.
- Best Cake – setting the theme around the Best Company award, bakers were encouraged to focus on the red B logo or use the three-star accreditation to inspire their cakes. Rosanna Forte baked the most popular cake on the day and won a bottle of Bollinger Champagne.
