Delegates and Keynote Announced for P20 Global Payments Conference
P20 has announced delegates and the keynote speakers for its inaugural conference at Lancaster House, London on 10th October.
Jack Lew, United States Secretary of the Treasury 2013-2017 will be giving the afternoon keynote, following morning speeches from Peter Radcliffe, P20 Executive Chairman, Stephen Barclay, MP, Economic Secretary to the Treasury and Bruce Lowthers, Conference Chairman. Alistair Lukies, the Prime Minister’s Business Ambassador for FinTech, UK Trade & Investment will also speak at the conference.
P20 Board members attending include American Express, the ATPC, Barclays, China UnionPay, Cielo, Discover, Elavon, Evertec, First Data, FIS, Incomm, Ingenico, Hogan Lovells, Holland & Knight, HM Treasury, Innovate Finance, JP Morgan Chase, MasterCard, Paysafe, TSYS, Vantiv and Visa.
In total the event will welcome 140 senior leaders representing UK and US government agencies and offices, industry advocacy groups, academia and payments industry executives from across the globe.
The conference will highlight the importance of payments to the world economy. It will also shine a light on the vital roles played by London and Atlanta and provide a long-term opportunity for a transatlantic partnership intended to promote growth of the industry globally through improved regulatory frameworks, economic development, innovation, financial inclusion and overall cooperation.
