At Finovate Europe 2023 in London, the FF News team sat down for a conversation with Dan Robertson, an Account Executive at Global Relay. Global Relay provides an archiving solution with built-in capabilities for surveillance and e-discovery, primarily focused on highly regulated organisations such as financial services and energy trading.

“We’re in a unique position in the market where we offer the end-to-end platform with a compliant archive and a surveillance platform. We also offer a federated messaging platform, so companies can communicate on things like SMS or WhatsApp. Our own messaging tool as well within a single archive that can be stored in one archive.”

“We’ve seen a lot of regulatory fines recently for a lot of the big banks, especially around WhatsApp when it comes to capturing and storing data in a compliant fashion. That’s what we’re trying to resolve with our financial messaging app, which is federated for WhatsApp. That data can then be compliantly stored within our archive and surveillance solution.
