CrowdTwist Named a Strong Performer in Customer Loyalty Solutions

CrowdTwist SaaS solution enables engagement based loyalty programs

CrowdTwist announced today that Forrester Research, Inc., an independent research company has named CrowdTwist as a Strong Performer in “The Forrester Wave™: Customer Loyalty Solutions, Q3 2017”.

In the report, released on August 14Forrester identified the 13 most significant customer loyalty solution providers and evaluated them against 30 different criteria, grouped into three broad categories: Current Offering, Strategy and Market Presence. The report shows how each provider measures up and helps B2C marketing professionals make the right choice.

Investing in expanding its loyalty platform functionality

The report acknowledges that software-as-a-service (SaaS) loyalty platforms better meet varying client requirements, improve scalability and time-to-market, and ensure all clients have fast access to updates and new functionality. Forrester recognized that while many of the vendors evaluated in their research are shifting their attention to a SaaS configuration, some vendors, including CrowdTwist, have “always gone to market with SaaS loyalty programs“. In addition, Forrester also stated that CrowdTwist’s platform offers “strong, marketer-friendly tools“.

Breaking the loyalty program mold

CrowdTwist was one of three vendors cited that focus their offerings on “sparking interest and engagement” and also stated that they enable engagement-based loyalty programs. The Forrester report stated that Crowdtwist’s loyalty offering centers on impacting “influenceable customer moments” whether they are related to a transaction or not, and that they offer “over 100 rewardable activities out of the box including social, referral, and advocacy-related interactions.”

Growing analytics capabilities

Forrester stated “Over the past two years, it [CrowdTwist] has invested in expanding its loyalty platform functionality, growing its analytics capabilities, and building out a more robust services offering to support clients that prefer to outsource program operations.”

A hands-on partner

The report also stated that reference clients Forrester talked with confirmed that CrowdTwist is closing gaps in its industry-specific knowledge and they view CrowdTwist as a “hands on partner“. One reference quoted in the report complimented the account management, stating that it “feels like our project team is working on our program only, even while they are supporting other clients.”

CrowdTwist is excited to be recognized as a Strong Performer and in the loyalty industry,” said Scott Matthews, CEO of CrowdTwist. “We believe Forrester’s findings demonstrate the strength of our technology and our dedication to providing our clients with the engagement tools they need to build stronger, more profitable relationships with their customers. We will continue to evolve, innovate and position ourselves as the premier provider in our space.”
