Connective Payments is expanding with the addition of Ron de Bos to the team as Associate Partner

Following Senior Management positions with Ingenico Group, GlobalCollect and TimeWarner we are pleased to announce that Ron de Bos is now joining forces with Connective Payments!

Ron has worked, from a merchant perspective with Time Warner where he managed large Operational and Customer Service teams, established an E-Commerce platform and service offering, payments and being part (as board member) of the Customer Not Present forum. Subsequently he worked for 8 years with the international Payment Services Provides GlobalCollect / Ingenico group.

At Ingenico Group he has managed and optimized various functional business areas part of the core payment transaction process. Starting in Merchant Accounting with the initiation and execution of an Operational Excellence program he soon expanded his role with managing the relationship with partners (i.e. Acquirers and Banks) and Product Management. Subsequently he took-over the boarding and implementation process for new clients / products. In his role as EVP Operations he was responsible for the implementation of a new external acquiring platform.

The last 4 years as VP Operations Strategy & Change he was primarily functioning as consultant for the senior management team to shape and implement the 2020 strategy. Additionally, he focused with a specialized team on further developing the change competences of the organization and the implementation of strategic projects via Business Process Management, Customer Experience Management and Digital Transformation.

Being a certified customer experience professional Ron has specific client/customer focus in his actions and passion to optimize an organization. With Connective Payments he will focus on Customer Experience Management and Digital Transformation of all business processes and tools in the payments ecosystem.

Additionally Ron will be active as business consultant and interim manager within the Connective Payments team. With this addition, Connective Payments further strengthens its in-depth expertise and experience in the operational and change capacity of its services to the payments industry.
