CFTE Partners With Executive Coach To Launch New Online Course
The ‘Coaching for Personal and Professional Development’ course will take place weekly, over 4 online sessions. This exclusive masterclass will also include interactive peer coaching sessions.
The first two weeks will include short content sessions by Gillian on the skills and methodology of coaching, followed by short practice sessions in small peer groups. The second two weeks will feature longer peer coaching sessions, followed by commitments to action and updates on progress.
With a Masters in Organisational Psychology from London University, Gillian Cribbs is a seasoned Executive Coach with 18 years’ coaching experience in the banking, financial and professional services sectors. Her research focused on leadership during crisis situations and how organisations respond to disruption. Her clients include London Business School and Said Business School, University of Oxford.
