Centtrip and Music Business Worldwide launch World’s Greatest Agents series

Financial technology company Centtrip has partnered with Music Business Worldwide to launch a series of interviews featuring the industry’s most influential agents. The World’s Greatest Agents series will offer a unique insight into the lives of some of music’s most powerful decision makers as they share their experiences, reveal the role they have played in the careers of many international artists and discuss the ever-changing industry.

“We are really excited about joining forces with our long-standing partner, Music Business Worldwide, to bring this exciting selection of exclusive interviews to the public,” said Tony North, CEO of Centtrip Music.

“Agents are key to shaping not only individual talents but also the wider music industry. They develop an artist’s career and help them realise their potential. The series is brilliant and the line-up for interviews is top-notch.”

The series, which is building on the success of the World’s Greatest Managers project, will kick off with an interview with Tom Windish. Having founded The Windish Agency in 2004, Tom has helped a number of budding artists make the jump from modest concert halls to sell-out arenas. He has worked with some of the world’s biggest acts, including Lorde and The xx, having become one of the most respected executives in live music and talent representation. In 2015, Tom joined forces with fast-growing global agency Paradigm and eventually brought his roster of artists in-house.

Centtrip is a fintech company specialising in international payments, foreign exchange and expenditure. In 2016, Centtrip launched Centtrip Music, a specialist division focussed on helping touring artists, their crews and representatives cut down on foreign-exchange and international payment costs. Today more than 300 international and award-winning artists use Centtrip’s products and services to make the most of their money.
