Cashaa Hack: More than 300+ Bitcoin accumulated in Hacker Address
We have been notified that one of our employee wallets was hacked and funds were transferred to 14RYUUaMW1shoxCav4znEh64xnTtL3a2Ek. All the crypto exchanges have been notified about the hacker address to block any Bitcoin coming from it.
Investigating agencies including Delhi Police Cyber Crime department are already on the case. Please find the screenshot of the complaint filed with the authorities.
It appears to be a malware attack in which so far more than 337 Bitcoins have been collected by the hacker, affecting more people which can be sent to various exchanges to convert it into national currency. We are still investigating the case and damage caused by the incident and we will provide a detailed report soon.
There is no issue in our banking services; all Business accounts are working without any interruption. However, we have stopped all the crypto transactions and users will not be able to withdraw funds for 24 hours. An emergency board meeting is being held to decide our further actions.

As of today, hackers are very confident to hack crypto addresses and move it through exchanges that are facilitating such laundering through their systems. Exchanges like these must be shut down and owners of these exchanges should be charged with money laundering facilitation crime.” Kumar Gaurav, CEO Cashaa.
The Financial Action Task Force is an intergovernmental organisation that is the initiative of the G7 countries to develop policies to combat money laundering. In 2001, its mandate was expanded to include terrorism financing and has already asked all the countries to implement money laundering policies for crypto.
