Capco further expands its footprint in Central Europe

Capco is pleased to announce the opening of its new office in Warsaw, Poland. The Warsaw office will service clients in Poland and in other locations in Central and Eastern Europe, and reflects Capco’s focus on expanding its global footprint to better meet the needs of its clients.

The Polish economy continues to be strong, with accumulated GDP growing by 4.7 percent as of 30th September 2017, compared to the same period last year.  As a result, banks are expanding their operations in Poland, and have an increased need for local consulting expertise to help them benefit from technology trends. Capco’s strong reputation and deep industry knowledge have led to a surge in demand for its services within the country.

Capco has appointed Andrea Lo Solfo as Managing Partner to lead the Warsaw office. He brings extensive knowledge of the Polish financial market, and has more than 15 years of experience in business and digital transformation, risk and regulatory programs and core systems implementation. Andrea has proven experience growing financial services businesses, and an excellent track record in helping clients transform their businesses.

Lance Levy, Chief Executive of Capco said: “The growth of the Polish economy is providing many exciting opportunities. The opening of our new office in Warsaw makes us ideally placed to capitalize on these opportunities, further expanding our European footprint.”

“Our global reputation as a trusted transformation partner, combined with Andrea’s domain expertise and experience in the Polish market, will enable us to deliver exceptional value and bespoke solutions to our clients.”

Andrea Lo Solfo, Managing Partner of Capco Poland said: “I am thrilled to be joining Capco to lead its Warsaw office. The team at Capco has an impressive reputation, and their knowledge of the digital and fintech scene is second to none. I’m looking forward to working with them to build our presence in Poland and throughout Central and Eastern Europe, and to leveraging Capco’s global expertise to deliver transformative solutions to local clients. “
