Bitget Partners with Leo Messi
Bitget, a leading global cryptocurrency exchange, announces that it has entered into a partnership with iconic Argentine footballer and seven-time Ballon d’Or winner Lionel Andrés Messi. This announcement marks the beginning of the collaboration between Bitget and Messi, with the production of a film a month before the football World Cup.
Lionel Andrés Messi, also known as Leo Messi, is one of the sport’s most popular and well-known stars, a six-time winner of the European Golden Boot. In November, Messi will join Argentina’s national team as captain to participate in its 5th World Cup, hosted by Qatar this year.
Established in 2018, Bitget is a leading cryptocurrency exchange that stands out for its innovative products and social trading services. Its flagship social trading product, One-Click Copy Trade, has attracted over 55,000 professional traders, with around 1.1 million followers, a testament to Bitget’s long-term efforts and achievements in social cryptocurrency trading. Through this partnership, Bitget will give Messi fans a unique opportunity to explore Web 3.0 and the ability to trade cryptocurrencies on the exchange. Both sides also agree that this partnership will allow them to make more decisive efforts, going beyond cryptocurrencies and football.
Gracy Chen, Managing Director of Bitget, says, “We try to reflect the diversity and richness of our platform’s community in the partnerships we choose. We’re opening Web 3 to sports fans; They open the field for cryptocurrency traders. As the football World Cup approaches, Messi will lead Argentina to new glory. It is an honour for us to be able to collaborate with such a force of nature.
Over the past year, Bitget has partnered with teams and companies that embody the highest level in their respective industries. From Italy’s most renowned football club, Juventus, to esports titan Team Spirit, to organizers of international esports tournaments and events, PGL, Bitget is committed to offering its ecosystem a world-class affiliate network.
“I wanted to thank Bitget for their enthusiasm in getting me involved in the crypto world. I am confident that both parties can launch meaningful initiatives and offer Web 3 to sports fans,” said Leo Messi.
