Auriga Spotlights How Optimized #phygital Management Transforms Bank Branch

Auriga will be at ATM and Cash Innovation Europe 2017 demonstrating latest developments in its banking software platform that can seamlessly integrate and enhance self-service, mobile and branch banking for retail banks of all sizes.

At the show, Auriga will run interactive demonstrations showcasing the latest updates to WinWebServer (WWS), a feature-rich, highly scalable, and flexible omnichannel banking solution. The latest WWS software modules presented on the stand (11 and 12) will be:

• Business Analytics (NEW) – WWS Business Analytics Management – this new module is designed to leverage the value of a bank’s Big Data, by easily and flexibly aggregating data to give banks a fuller and richer insight across all of the retail channels and services available to customers.
• Cash Predictive analytics – WWS Cash Management – to improve cash management, handling and security, this module runs extensive forecasts to pinpoint the most efficient cash delivery and collection processes, dramatically reducing operational costs and improving quality of service.
• Personalisation and loyalty – WWS Customer Management – this meets the growing need for banks to build customer loyalty programmes while retaining the personal touch through a more personalised service. The software supports the development of new branch models centred on next generation self-service devices and the availability of expert advice from staff.

As part of these demonstrations, Auriga will utilize a range of self-service banking systems, highlighting how WWS is truly multi-vendor ATM/ASD/Kiosk software solution. The stand will be utilizing the Diebold Nixdorf CS9900 ASD Device and the Metropolis Punto Giallo® PGKL-A Kiosk.

Auriga will be presenting in the conference with its customer UBI Banca, the fourth largest Italian commercial banking group. As part of the Software Innovation stream, the session on Wednesday 14 June at 11:30am is entitled “Leveraging cash automation and technology for a new branch experience” The speakers will be David Smith, Auriga’s International Business Development and Partner Manager, and Matteo Baido, Head of IT Innovation at UBI Banca, who will discuss how the bank is progressing its branch transformation project with greater automation of the teller area enabled by software innovations and new pilot branches in Milan.
