QRails, Inc. a financial technology company offering sophisticated integrated processing and program management services and other solutions to banks, credit unions, and the digital payments industry, today announced that Amarillo National Bank has chosen QRails as their technology partner for prepaid card payments and issuer processing. Amarillo National Bank is located in Amarillo, TX.
