FF New’s Douglas Mackenzie sits down for a 1-1 conversation with Ericson Chan, Group Chief Information Officer at Zurich Insurance Group. In this interview, Eriscon gives us his insight into the Chinese insurance space and the mega apps that exist in the Asian markets.

“It’s not too different. Of course, the pace and scale is slightly different and I think I mentioned the keyword earlier, and the difference. Regardless of whether it’s a super app or not, the focus is not just on customer experience, it’s a customer-centricity approach.”

“So what you hear this term a lot, what is that exactly? Customer-centricity means addressing the ultimate needs of a customer.”
