At Finovate Europe 2023, we caught up with Ulyasna Shtybel the Co-Founder and CEO of Quoroom. Quoroom are a UK-based company who have fintech and legaltech solutions for private businesses. They help businesses to manage their fundraising and capitalisation table.

“There are a lot of mistakes that companies can make, all the way from startups to scale-ups. We help to minimise those mistakes by creating an automated workflow that covers everything they need to do, step-by-step in order to raise capital.”

“For example, one of these is investor updates. On a monthly basis, companies need to send out investor updates to their potential investors. So say you’re a company who’s about to enter a series A funding round, and you actually plan to raise this round soon, you need to start to send monthly investors about for about 6 months before the funding round. So you build up a relationship with investors.”
