The Road to SIBOS with NatWest
SIBOS 2023 is almost here. Many in the payments space will be looking forward to the opportunity to meet and discuss the future. We spoke to Mark Brant, the Chief Payments Officer at NatWest about what they’re hoping to get out of SIBOS and got some predictions on what we’re going to hear when there.
Unsurprisingly, he expects one topic in particular to be at the centre of most discussions. Can you guess what it is? That’s as well as plenty about Open Banking and of course recent ISO 20022 regulations that he sees having a huge impact on enabling customers to self-serve and have better visibility of their data. NatWest are making strides in this country looking to create new experiences and make things easier for customers so it will be interesting to see what they bring to the global conference, in Toronto, this month.
