In this episode of The Fintech Show, we speak to Sophie Heller, COO of BNP Paribas and Mobiquity‘s VP Global Digital Banking, Peter-Jan Van der Venn, to find out what the banking industry is doing to meet changing customer demands. We also get some insight from Heller on the pace of change in global banking, and the fintech correction that’s shown what works and what doesn’t.
