At the FIX Nordic Trading Conference 2023, we caught up with Sylvester Andersen: Sales Director at Nasdaq. The Nasdaq Stock Market is an American stock exchange based in New York City. It’s the most active stock trading venue in the USA by volume and is the 2nd largest stock exchange by market capitalization of shares traded.

“Something I’m very passionate about is ESG. So, how do we as an exchange cope with the changing and increasing regulation, changing appetite when it comes to ESG and how to change the world to make it a better place.”

“When we scoped out our role in this, we were very focused on helping and empowering clients in their deciding making, based on solid data and investment vehicles. I think everybody, where we are now, is quite focused on regulation and that’s consuming a lot of time for our clients.”
