Streamlining Collections with Low-Code Innovation | Flexys and Billing Finance

James Hill, Flexys and Jemma Holland, Billing Finance discussed how modern collections strategies are built on smart automation, low-code tools, and real-time data to create seamless self-service experiences for customers.
