Generali is an insurance and financial services company that offers a wide range of products and solutions, including life insurance, property and casualty insurance, asset management, and retirement planning, serving customers globally.

“What we are trying to push from the centre is a lot of digital technology, which is data analytics, so AI related, to enable embedded insurance or we call it B2B2C.”

“We’re investing in technology in different steps of the value chain. We are leveraging data. We believe that, for example, IoT wearables are a way to know much more about the customer almost in real time … Our products can get personalised, can become more interesting, and we can sell at the right moment.”
