QBE Ventures is a strategic investment arm of QBE Insurance Group, focusing on identifying and investing in innovative insurtech startups to drive digital transformation and enhance customer experiences in the insurance industry.

Artificial intelligence can offer extensive assistance for insurance companies when used correctly. The key rule, whilst it may seem counteractive, is to keep the usage simple to tackle a focused problem for it to solve.

“Focus on the business problem. Be crystal clear on the business problem that we want to solve, then whittle that down to: What do we need to prove? And then just work to prove that minimal viral product.”
