Mambu’s Simon Hammerschmidt Reveals The Ingredients You Need To Build A Bank
Simon Hammerschmidt, Global Head of Strategic Partnerships at Mambu, talks to FF News’ Doug Mackenzie and reveals the ingredients that newer financial institutions will need in order to build a bank in the modern climate.
“I think agility & speed of decision. You try fast and fail fast rather than waiting for perfection. The point of agile is that you try things, you iterate, you do proof of concept and you see if they work. If they don’t work, you then move on and pivot to something else versus the waterfall method which would require 6-12 months to implement something, by which time the market has changed.”
