“Banks should never underestimate themselves. They have a lot more experience in terms of when it comes to regulation, what the customer wants and how they position themselves in translating those customer needs into financial products.”

“With Tech Giants, I would rather say ok how can banks leverage their services, for example, the cloud services, or even other tech giants like Facebook or Zendesk. How do we integrate those functions within the bank itself and give the customer something they want?”
