FF News spoke to Azadeh Hardiman from Level 20 in Columbus, Ohio about what they’re doing to create innovative new products and services to respond to existing customer needs.

The business incubator arm of Progressive Insurance, Level 20 have been working on some exciting projects that start with customer needs first. It was fascinating to hear about some of the businesses they’ve helped to build since their inception including a home repair concierge service called Castle, an end of life insurance business and a financial wellness product, amongst others.
