“It starts first with communication and making sure that we understand what they have in mind from as early a point in the process as we can, and also making sure that they understand what our expectations are.”

“With the way that I purchase insurance versus now what’s happening with my children and the new technologies, I am convinced that the technologies that we think are new and innovative are going to change and grow. We want anyone out there thinking of introducing a new insurance product to think of Ohio first. We want to be changing and growing with those new companies and with the companies that have been with us for so long.”
