Over in Vienna for the Temenos Community Forum 2023, we sat down for a conversation with Jeremy Boot, Product Strategist at Temenos. Temenos, the hosts of the Temenos Community Forum, provide banking technology services and a core banking platform that’s based in the cloud.

“There’s a transition now of wealth to the younger generation that we’re seeing in the market. A huge sort of shift from the baby boomer generation through to the younger generations, and that’s sort of now showing up in the demands which people are having towards wealth managers.”

“So, wealth managers are having this challenge of servicing their existing customers, of course, but as well responding to the needs of a younger generation you expect digital capability. So really, having that flexibility in terms of a platform which can support these multiple ways of interfacing with their customers becomes more important.”
