Over in Miami for ITC LATAM 2023, we sat down for a conversation with Rodrigo Valiente, VP & Head of Digital for Latin America at Chubb. Chubb is the world’s largest publicly traded property and casualty insurance company with operations in 54 different countries and territories.

“We know that our customers operate in digital environments. They work with platforms from Uber to Amazon to AirBnB and we also learned that in those platforms those customers need protection. They need to solve some of the problems when they have accidents happen or they have health issues.”

“So the way we perceive that is that we needed to develop capabilities, products and experiences to colour the needs of those customers that operate differently than the ones that are used to being on hold with an agent or talking to a bank representative that will also offer insurance products.”
