We speak to Stephen Hamill, General Manager at 8×8, at Singapore Fintech Festival, to find out what they’re doing in the financial services space and the importance of security and authentication there. The business communications provider provide a number of services that take into account varying means of communication in different regions.

Hamill explains how they can help financial institutions to authenticate users and incoming calls and we also hear about the work they do in south east Asia where super apps dominate the communications space. They have a big presence here and work closely with them to facilitate the needs of their local customers.
