At the Paris Fintech Forum Leaders Summit 2023, we caught up with Paul Taylor, CEO & Founder of Thought Machine. Thought Machine aims to create technology that can run the world’s banks according to the best designs and software practices of the modern age.

“We are always moving ahead with our mission. We don’t meander, we don’t chase from one thing to another. So our mission is to re-platform the world’s banks on cloud-native platforms. We started a long time ago and it’s going very very well.”

“We’ve now signed 12 Tier 1 banks. I can mention some of them like JP Morgan Chase, Lloyd’s, and Standard Chartered and there are some that are still to be announced. We’ve got banks in North America, we’ve got banks in Europe and we’ve got banks in Asia Pacific. So, we’ve got that and we’re getting more and more banks live.” As I speak, we’ve got 27 banks live and every bank is growing and adding more users.”
