Getting Payments Right: Worth Millions of Dollars a Year – PPRO x Adobe
From our PPRO spotlight series at Money20/20 USA, Adam Hollenberg, Principal of Global Payments at Adobe, tells us how they’re servicing their customers around the world. Speaking to Therese Hudak from PPRO, he says payments are now a matter of good customer service and that making this process seamless for Adobe customers is now worth millions of dollars in annual revenue.
As such they’re working with strategic partners around the globe, such as PPRO to access various markets and facilitate APMs in areas that are moving away from debit and credit card transactions. He lets us know what that partnership has achieved in the LATAM market where Adobe have benefited from PPRO’s localised expertise.
