Morgane Marlow – British Consulate – ITI USA

During the ITI USA event, FF News spoke with Morgane Marlow, Senior Trade and Investment Officer at British Consulate, to gain valuable insights into why the company’s location has ideal conditions for them to operate within.

The British Consulate fulfils diplomatic responsibilities, offering consular assistance, visa services, and representing British interests internationally. They support and protect British nationals residing or travelling abroad.

“We cover all of the Midwest, so 13 states plus the state of Colorado as well. Out of the consulate, we cover a number of sectors ranging from financial professional services, life sciences, technology and future mobility – really any of the major sectors that we want to help promote businesses for.”

“Somewhere like Ohio, where you’re within a 2 hour flight to any of the financial services hubs, is a really great location. Additionally, I would say that the cost of living is a major benefit too. Particularly in this economy, it’s really important to think about, and that’s something that comes up in conversations with companies if they are looking to relocate folks.”
