Over at the Javits Center in Manhattan, New York for the InsurTech Insights USA event, FF News had the opportunity to meet Gary Hoberman, CEO and Founder of Unqork, to learn more about the company’s core activities and their involvement in the insurance industry.

Unqork is a codeless platform that empowers organisations to rapidly develop and deploy complex applications without the need for traditional coding, driving efficient digital transformation and streamlining software development processes.

“When we created Unqork, we created it because we saw the need being in insurance, technology was actually not helping … The second it goes live in any enterprise: small, medium or large, it becomes expense, it becomes legacy and it becomes technical debt.”

“Most insurance companies struggle with customer experience and NPS scores. Generative AI will superpower that. It will also give underwriters the ability to get more information and insights together to make decisions, which is amazing. That’s a great use case, and two founding team members of Unqork just created a company to do exactly that. We’re excited to support them in the journey.”
