At Fintech Meetup 2023, The FF News team sat down for a joint interview with Alex Benjamin, the Head of Global Business Development at Aevi and Guiseppi Marzelli, the Co-Founder of OvationCXM. Aevi’s cloud-based platform lets payments and transaction data flow across all channels and consumer touchpoints. Recently, Aevi selected OvationCXM, a global leader in customer experience management as its provider to elevate the digital payments customer experience in North America.t

It’s a good onboarding and activation experience. Now that a lot of these fintech leaders are taking charge, they’re creating those great experiences.”
