Sandstone Technology unveils Travel Kaddy at FinovateEurope 2016
Sandstone Technology was proud to be selected to present its next generation BankFast Mobile App 2.0 at FinovateEurope 2016, Travel Kaddy.
Sandstone’s Travel Kaddy solves a key customer issue for banks, delivering a unique and tailored mobile banking experience leveraging context and location to drive true customer engagement and initiate digital conversations.
Travel Kaddy delivers dual persona banking for customers when they are travelling overseas. Powered by the bank’s own data, Travel Kaddy will send a contextually relevant message to the bank’s customers before they travel prompting them to complete a range of simple travel tasks.
The app intuitively guides customers through the self-service origination of a new product, a travel card, in less than 60 seconds and assists them with setting travel budgets and purchasing foreign exchange. The bank is also able to distribute some of its fraud management to their customers, providing them with the peace of mind that their accounts are secure whilst abroad.
Once the customer is abroad, the app will switch to travel mode, tailoring content and functionality to ensure that it is relevant, leveraging their location and context.
