“Our Innovation Hub is different than different from that of other organisations when they call it an innovation hub. For us, we don’t necessarily need to bind ourselves to a physical location, it’s a concept. We want to make sure that we take the best from anywhere. It doesn’t matter where they sit, it’s a virtual hop where we make sure that things are managed and accelerated consistently across the group.”
