Emily Fallon Tells Us More About Tyl by NatWest

In this video, Emily Fallon, Head of Customer Experience & Insight at Tyl by NatWest, joins Douglas Mackenzie for a conversation in the FF News Studio. Emily tells us more about the Tyl initiative, and how they’ve expanded since 2019

“Tyl launched in 2019 and since then we’ve been fortunate enough to onboard loads of different customers of different shapes and sizes all across the UK, and we’ve expanded our payments offering to cope with that and continue to support them in what I like to say is in their own terms.”

“I think previously payment providers would say ‘This is hell’, we have to offer to go forth and do it. They sell and kind of leave them behind. For us, we really like to take a step back and think okay, what does our customer need from us? But also, what did their customers need from them? And that’s the intersection of payments which plays a real pivotal role.”
