“Artificial intelligence can help us a lot. For example, by automating some processes like when you have a small motor claim, if you can just send us a picture of the accident then we process that in real time; we can reimburse you in seconds.”
“The evolution of a relationship between the customer and an insurance company. It’s not a commercial thing anymore. We want to be a lifetime partner. It’s a really ambitious thing to say perhaps but we’re really trying to get there and the technology really helps us a lot.”
