In this exclusive interview with FF News, Christian Luckow, SVP & Tribe Lead for Payments at Danske Bank sits down for a conversation with Douglas Mackenzie at Banking Renaissance 2023. Christian explains his role at the bank, and the essential work that his team are doing in the financial ecosystem.

“My role in Danske Bank is kind of twofold. I’m the Tribe Lead for core payments and our core payments platform. So essentially, all the core payment systems in the bank. All payments going in and out basically go through our systems.”

“The other component is what we call the payments center of excellence. So it’s essentially where we have our sector collaboration. So everything that happens within the industry in the different jurisdictions that the bank is part of, we have representatives.”
