Harshna Cayley, Managing Director of the Payment Products Gateway at Barclaycard talks with Douglas Mackenzie about the world of alternative payment methods.

Harshna explains that she believes there will be an increase in the usage of alternate payment methods in the UK. She elaborates that the trick for payment orchestrators is to be able to surface those methods in a way that makes sense to customers from an existing experience standpoint. The demand is out there but payment providers and retailers must find a way of making alternate payment methods available & accessible to their consumer base.
