Roni Al-Dor joined Sapiens in 2005 and began to focus the company's efforts on the insurance sector, with the understanding that this marketplace was primed for a technological ‘renaissance’. He recognized that the industry needed an expert, and with Sapiens’ skill set, experience, customer base, and innovative technology, they were positioned to be a leading player in the reinvention of how insurers manage their business. Sapiens’ success and Roni's career path revolve around his ability to focus on strategy and growth. Roni Al-Dor is proud to have been involved in two companies over the years that have helped him hone his skills as a leader and a person. Today, Sapiens is an international conglomerate providing software solutions for the insurance industry across a variety of products and lines of business, including P&C, Life, Reinsurance, Workers’ Compensation, Financial & Compliance, and more, serving over 500 customers worldwide. Previously, Roni Al-Dor served for nine years as president of TTI Telecom, a global supplier of operations support systems to communications service providers, after serving as vice president for three years. Roni is a graduate of the Israeli Air Force's military computer college. He studied computer science and management at Bar-Ilan University, and attended the Israel Management Center for Business Administration.
